All deliveries are packaged to ensure food remains as fresh as possible for as long as possible.
Using premium packaging "Woolcool" Wool lined temperature controlled boxes alongside reusable Gel Ice packs to create the perfect environment for your food to make its way down the A30.
Woolcool packaging is 100% Biodegradable and reusable. Used for the transportation of clinical grade chilled goods and food products, on top of its industry standard testing, it has received thorough in house testing by us ensuring all food is kept fresh and well below temperature for over the desired delivery time.

Local delivery is for the whole of Cornwall (inclusive of the whole coastal & inland locations).

Delivery incurs a delivery fee at the checkout.

Deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm

We will send you a dispatch notification once your order has left the kitchen and is on its way.

Food is delivered in Wool lined temperature controlled packaging & can be left in a safe place should you not be in to recieve your delivery.

If the date is missing we have already sold out for that particular day / delivery area.

Dispatched via National Courier & delivered on your chosen delivery date.

We use both DPD & Parcel force next day delivery services, often upgraded to a before 12 service.

Food is dispatched in Wool Cool temperature controlled packaging along with Gel Ice packs which keeps food fresh for up to 48 hours.

We email you a notification once food has been dispatched.

There are some restrictions on remote on areas, islands & UK postcodes couriers offer next day delivery services to.

Due to Royal Mail strikes & low work force with other courier services very occasionally next day services are not available. We take full responsibility for all food, packaging up until the point of delivery. This, at times, involves using faster delivery services such as, for example, Parcel force before 10am service.

We will work hard to ensure the correct service has been used ensuring the greatest chance of delivery success. Very occasionally we may still encounter problems which are completely out of our control.
